In Taiwan, night-markets are a classic destination for "small eats", or "finger foods", served much like Spanish tapas. Over the years, certain night-market foods have become time-honored staples of Taiwanese cuisine, enjoyed by many Taiwanese residents and tourists alike.

At 101Yess, we bring these "night-market" classics to you, prepared just as they are in Taiwan's own night markets. Our numerous dishes are made from scratch using high quality and all natural ingredients, following the same techniques as Taiwanese marketplace street vendors do.
